Custom blades are forged on commission. Steels range from deferentially hardened monosteel to patternwelded steel (damascus). Handles are hardwood, G10, or 3D printed high density polymer; fittings can be brass, bronze, nickel silver, in both traditional shapes and 3D printed designs.

Theodore Nazz
Theo Rock Nazz
Born and raised in the city, I am a New Yorker to the core. I’ve seen this island at its worst and made it through in one piece; so it’s reasonable to say I would like to continue living and working in an urban environment for years to come. In the past I have freelanced as a 3D computer artist and animator, ironwork designer, and product designer/developer. Today I am a full time teacher and bladesmith.
2017 I won Forged In Fire (a competition knife and sword making show on the History channel) twice, becoming the third Forged In Fire champion of champions. The winnings from the show allowed me to grow my tiny shop into a small school, and 2019 we moved into Industry City to grow the school and add the storefront.

Dec 25, 2016First time ever getting a custom made knife and it turned out to be a one of kind, truely unique in everyway. It arrived just before Christmas and couldn't wait to open the box. As soon it was Christmas morning I opened the box. Looking forward to getting another knife made by Theo Nazz.
