StitchPrism
StitchPrism is the jewelry and Aerium design creations of KellyAnne Mifflin, all handmade in West Philadelphia. Everything is made out of a love of exploring textures, colors and materials, repurposing and recycling old things and building mini magical worlds.
The name StitchPrism comes originally from my embroidery work, thinking about colors, light, shapes, weaving, and connecting, concepts which are also all part of my aerium and jewelry making world too.
Aeriums, low-maintenance contained indoor mini gardens, are made up of tillandsia air plants housed in glass orbs filled with moss, lichens, seedpods, crystals and other wild-harvested local woodland elements.
StitchPrism's jewelry combines handmade porcelain and wood pieces, rough-cut gemstones and crystals, vintage brass, geometric shapes, and natural elements for one-of-a-kind earrings and necklaces.
Every element used has a special story or property and StitchPrism jewelry can also double as a magical amulet for protection and healing.
