Handmade in Sacramento, California by Quilt'm Sunflower Designs
The size 2T "Anna" dress is 100% cotton and reaches the knees. With a leaf green peter pan collar and tent drape it holds lots of charm and comfort to the little girl that is blessed to own such a unique outfit. The flowers appear to be painted on with light outlining. The yellow flower hair clip is hand made with crinkle organza and felt leaf, is a perfect complement to the garment.
