Shutter Foyer Table With Light
This One of a Kind project I built from some old shutters I had in my garage. This table can be used in the foyer as you walk in, or in a bedroom as a really cool night stand being that it does have a working light on top it will be a great idea. These are wood shutters so you can customize and add more hooks to your desire. I wanted to be creative and express my style of shabby painting on this, well as you can see the project went well ,using some material I had already from start to finish, the top valance design has iron decor painted cream and iron hooks painted crean ,these were purchased, this table can be made again ,but being that this is an upcycled piece items seen here such as the old mirror, the table legs, will be different so your table can fit your style. this was a fun project and the outcome was beautiful. I custom make shabby chic furniture and create something new from recycled items , like scrap wood, barn wood, reclaimed wood, old or broken furniture , and even old doors as long as it's real wood I used it, I love what I do and my new project is my own furniture line revamping sitting chairs and couches with a new shabby twist and fabrics, that I'm sure lovers of shabby and cottage will love so stay tuned for that. I also take vintage jewerly and use it on different projects to be creative, I like color and love the beach colors.
I have been building shabby creations since 2006 and in the business since 2008 and the main reasons I like Shabby Chic is because of the imperfections, it's suppose to be crackled,chipped,old, or vintage or have lots of character so please stop in and stay a while and enjoy my page. For Infomation, some things can not be remade alike because dealing with items recycled most pieces I do are one of a kind and I think thats great.
