Massive Game Table

A friend of mine came to my shop one day with an idea: let's build a huge table to play board games on so we won't have to spend thousands on a professionally made one! Thus began an epic journey that culminated in an 83" long, 43" wide, 300 lb behemoth in my basement. The table top and surrounding structure is made from hard maple and the six legs are mahogany. Pictures don't do it justice!
