Large Mahogany Photo Album - Scrapbook Handmade Wood Book Heirloom Memory Book Anniversary Gift

The covers of this extra large handmade photo album are made from mahogany boards that I have sanded and polished and sealed with a natural oil finish. It measures approximately 8 inches wide inches by 10 inches high and the spine is about 4 inches thick. It contains 120 hand torn pages (counting front & back) of cream colored heavy weight acid free paper with spacers to accommodate photos and mementos. It is perfect place for storing your favorite memories. The coptic binding complete with headbands is sewn in yellow ochre linen thread. The end sheets are dark brown. This binding style will allow the book to lie flat when open. The book can be personalized with a hand stamped metal nameplate. The plates are available in brass, silver or copper. (If you do not want a name plate I will deduct $30 from the price.) This listing is for a book similar in size and style to the one pictured. The colors of the thread and end sheets can be customized to suit your preferences. This book can also be made in other woods and different sizes. Please contact me to discuss the options.
