Cherry Kitchen Island
This kitchen island is made entirely from our antique cherry. Timbered over 50 years ago the color and grain pattern is different than any cherry cut today. We have over 65,000 board feet of reclaimed and antique lumber in our inventory to make our projects from. Mortise and tenon construction.

Gleman and Sons is a family-owned and operated custom woodworking company. We design and build only the finest quality wood furniture, custom tables, barn doors, and unique items for the home and office.
We are proud to work in reclaimed and antique lumber. This lumber comes from Appalachian mountain barns and buildings that are old and abandoned or are slated for demolition. The lumber from these buildings is old growth and second growth timber with characteristics that cannot be found in today’s newly-cut lumber.
