My furniture is pieces of art starting from hand selecting of lumber for each piece of furniture, sticking to the traditional woodworking and hand rubbed on oil based finish that is water, heat and alcohol resistance as well as truely brings out the natural beauty of wood.

I have BFA in design from Rhode Island School of Design and MFA in Woodworking and Furniture Design from Rochester Institute of Technology.

Woodworking and furniture making is my passion. I have been making furniture for almost 30 years. I pay extra cares to each piece I design and build. You will love it!!

    Katherine is very creative and designed the perfect dollhouse for my granddaughter. Her style is truly unique and the whimsical design will fit perfectly in Miss Drake's playroom. The craftmanship is sturdy and I'm sure that the piece will stand the test of an active toddler and her playmates. (Please note the piece is still on sawhorses in the photo).

    Katherine made a bench for me and I am very impressed with the result. I had very specific requirements for bleached wood which she hadn't done before. She made a sample for me first to make sure that I liked the result. I highly recommend working with her. She is very responsive to emails and certainly very talented.

    Katherine did an excellent job using the measurements and a photograph I sent her, and turned them into a beautiful, sturdy tiny end table. She selected the wood and built the table as I wanted. She was easy to work with and even hand-delivered the project. I am most pleased and recommend her without hesitation.
