From start to finish, Pam was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I could not be happier with the finished stained glass piece. She went above and beyond at every step, I am so happy that my first experience with an artist on Custom Made was with Pam Hansen. What a blessing she is!

This stained glass was a wedding gift from my family to my widowed sister-in-law and new brother-in-law to be. Debbie & Rob are absolutely delighted with their beautiful one-of-a-kind gift. This is exactly the gift we imagined giving to them, and Pam made it possible. I told her how dear this project was to my family's heart, and she was so attentive and caring, I truly felt her heart was in it as much as ours. Thank you so very much Pam, you made our dream come true!

Pam is such a joy to work with. The quality of her work is stellar. I will definitely use her in the future. Although my sister-in-law and myself made the pick up, I wouldn't hesitate to have her ship.

Thank you Pam for your great work. I am pleased with the final product and I know our International President will love it. My only dislike about this entire process was the communication. She completed my project in a timely manner and shipped it out right away. She did it to my exact specifications which is what I wanted. She answered my messages in a timely manner and her answers touched exactly on the questions I asked. The project that I commissioned was probably not too difficult for her and she completed professionally and with expertise. Would definitely work with her again.

I am thoroughly happy with the work done by Pam of A Glass Menagerie. She was prompt in every part of the project, from submitting me ideas to the completion.
