Refunds: No refunds on custom work once final image of completed work is accepted. Returns: For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. No returns for custom work. Cancellation: Cancellations on orders of custom work once artist begins work is subject to forfeiture of down-payment.
