This is Bobby. He is cut from a vintage wool camp blanket. He wants to help keep you warm, and will lend you his scarf if you need it. Carefully stitched, embroidered by hand and fully jointed. He's an heirloom quality fully jointed teddy bear. Good for children or adults. ******************************** Brown/tan/green vintage wool felt. Colors vary based on vintage availability. Also available in larger sizes in army green or grey wool, just contact me. wool color may vary based on vintage availability Ears are lined in organic muslin. Organic leather ear tag hand stamped with "arden and james" logo ********************************* each bear is made to order. I don't use patterns, so each has a little different personality. hand and machine stitched round safety eyes and embroidered nose and mouth fully jointed: head, arms, and legs stuffed with eco-poly fiber and fabric scraps about 14" tall * supervise children under 3 i can add a custom leather collar for you, with a name/any text you would like. just send me a message and let me know what you would like it to say. allow one week (should be less) for me to make your bear and ship it out

I am an industrial designer with a home workshop near Philadelphia, PA. I am a mother of two little boys, and a maker of things whenever I have a free hand.
I work with natural materials to create functional and meaningful pieces that will last a lifetime or longer. I allow the natural materials to "be themselves," or I let their natural characteristics become the character of the finished piece.
