Black Walnut Dining Table- Extra Dark Espresso Stain
A wonderful couple was looking for a custom made dining table. They had been searching for the right design, size, color/stain, wood type, etc. for quite some time. When they decided to review and list on Custom Made, I replied to their request. It was an extremely enjoyable experience for all of us. My wife Claudia, being an artist, was able to provide the exact stain color match for this table, which is made of black walnut, purchased locally in the Atlanta, GA area. Juan and Claudia were also looking for dual pedestal bases for this table, which is 86" L x 42" W x 30" H. We made the pedestals to support the width and length of the table, to provide specific stability and as well as to allow for their new parson's chairs to fit underneath the table, without blocking them. The table top design is made with the boards being planed to 7/8" thick and are randomly cut in width. There is also a border edge around the entire table top, measuring 7/8" thick x 1 3/4" in depth that provides wonderful stability as well as being aesthetically pleasing to the eye in design. When we delivered this table to their beautiful home, we were asked if we would like to join this wonderful medical team (they are doctors) for dinner, being seated at their new dining table, which was an honor for us. Shipping of this table, which for long distances is more expensive and would be crated for protection and ease of shipping on a ground carrier. I am posting the most expensive rate to the farthest distance to the upper east and west coast of the U.S. The shipping cost would be adjusted for each client, depending upon the final destination. We will include the cost of delivery, within six hours of our home in Sharpsburg, GA, as we can deliver it without another common ground carrier.

For over four decades, we have enjoyed making award winning fine art, including oil painting, custom furniture and leather work.
Claudia studied the old masters styles of drawing and painting at The Atelier in Minneapolis, MN. She paints with feeling and passion with a specialization in two particular styles of combined impressionistic and abstract oil painting as well as still life. Her style has a bit of a whimsical feeling to it and her goal is to show the joy that she feels when she sees how God has created nature that she paints.
Denny uses lumber from local suppliers and saw mills. He has chosen to fill a market niche by utilizing reclaimed or lumber from trees from his customers that they find to be sentimental or historical in their families.
He looks for opportunities to work with clients who desire a new and fresh design in their furniture and leather work. All of these areas allow for a way to fill a need that often is not available in the retail market. For example, the picture of the kitchen table made of oak and granite were not available either in size or of materials and led to the chance to develop them both for personal use as well as for availability to customers who are interested.
Leather and wood furniture are especially great projects to work on with our clientele and we look forward to each persons ideas and input as we build together.

We had no luck finding this through big box stores. We did a search and found Debner Fine Art and Furniture. How lucky were we!! We reached out, got an immediate response, and described what we were looking for. We exchanged emails and inspiration pictures to get a quote. We then quickly went into production on our board.
