Shipping Policy

I will ship most anywhere in the world that US Post Office or fedex or UPS will go. Once the label is generated, I send you the tracking number so you can follow its progress and double check that the address is correct. I always insure packages so that if something happens during shipping we're covered.

On custom orders, I am afraid that I cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a fundamental flaw in the pottery you ordered or if it arrived broken or damaged or if what you received isn't what you ordered. In that case, once I receive the returned item, I will refund your money including postage.
