Pet Portrait On Rock - Custom Hand Painted Realistic Cat Or Dog Portrait On A Rock

My project entailed having a 4x6 photo of our old sailboat painted for my wife's birthday, which was four weeks away. I was looking for something to fit in a 16x20 frame. Upon posting my project, Mary was quick to respond. She shared some of her work and it looked great. Upon agreeing to have her create the painting, she stayed in touch with me throughout the process. The entire process took about two weeks. She kept updating me throughout with her progress and was very receptive when I requested a change. Once the final version was approved by me, it was shipped out and received in time for the birthday. I would highly recommend using Mary for your projects.

We came up with our idea last minute for Christmas after our son-in-law won the State playoffs med December. We reached out after putting the idea to see if anyone was interested and could possibly get it completed before Christmas. MJ reached out to us and surpassed all of our expectations! There is so much to say about this particular artist, Mary Jill Lemieur. Communication throughout has been excellent and even though I am in France, Mary has always seemed to be on the end of an email.

My project was simple in that I only wanted a larger version of what she had to offer. She came back with suggestions of a larger size but, my fault, the size was in inches instead of centimeters, which posed a problem in a country that was metric, therefore frame sizes were difficult to find.

Obviously, postage to Europe was going to be huge, but Mary kindly offered to include another print for the same cost, and I gratefully accepted. Nothing seemed too much trouble.

When Mary had completed the project, she gave me an estimate of the cost with postage, which I paid. She then let me know when it had been posted and so, 5 days later, it arrived at my house in France. It was indeed, very well packed and arrived in perfect condition. The next day, I went out to find frames.

I am very happy with her efforts to help out and give me exactly what I wanted.

MJ was such a joy to work with! I had a pretty unique custom pet art project that I wasn't quite sure how to make it into reality, when I found MJ and shared the idea with her, she immediately started providing many ideas, examples and mockups to help me visualize it. She had many choices of the medium too, and we picked a beautiful wood cut out format in the end that I'd never have imagined to begin with! The creation process was smooth and full of fun, not being an artistic person myself, I asked for her expert opinions on many of my thoughts and she's given me such great advice, that the final art piece turned out stunning :) I already have another project in mind that I'd love to work with her on, I'll definitely be coming back to MJ in the near future!

Mary Jill was a complete pleasure to work with. She communicated throughout the project and the final product was more than I had hoped. If anyone is interested in having an item surpass their expectations, Mary Jill is the person to make that experience happen.
