Depression Glass Plate Valance, Antique Stained Glass Transom Window, Federal Glass Heritage Pattern

$220

Vintage Stained Glass Window Transom, Original design home decor with recycled Depression Glass plate. In answer to the Sandwich pattern, the Federal Glass Company manufactured the Heritage pattern in the 1940s. Though there was never a complete place setting available, the graceful texture was available as a luncheon set. Presented here is a pair of Heritage glass saucers with delightful beveled accents highlighted by decorative solder work. Set in bold ruby red textured glass the hobnail of pattern of the plates is replicated in the clear framing. The eye-catching filigrees certainly add interest! This panel measures approximately 24 x 9 and absolutely sparkles in the sunlight. There are attached rings for hanging either horizontally or vertically. The perfect gift to say "Welcome to the Family," or "I'm glad we're friends," or to treat yourself as an addition or start of a collection. Take a look at the other styles and colors available!

I create stained glass Heritage panels, complimenting wind chimes, and traditional stained glass window panels.

While hot and warm styles have virtually taken over as home decor, I still craft cold glass in the Tiffany method. Each piece of glass is selected, carefully cut, fit, foiled, and soldered by hand before polishing for display.

My focus is the preservation of our family heirlooms by introducing a unique presentation with the incorporation of depression glassware and vintage dishes. Each piece brings back memories of grandma, makes us once again appreciate the things once treasured, and displays them in a new light.

Selected by Anchor Hocking as a Style and Trendsetter in 2010, featured by Glass Masters Quarterly fall 2012, as well as an award winner at several festivals in Florida, I look forward to working with individual clients for custom pieces.
