This listing is for ONE hair clip!!! These hair clips are simply fabulous!!!! They are not only gorgeous but they are very functional. They hold the hair very securely and can be made in any size, metal, or color scheme you chose. They can be large or small and made for thin, medium or thick hair. I have made some amazing BRIDAL Hair pieces in this style using Sterling Silver with Pearls and Swarovski Crystals as well.( Pricing is quite a bit higher for sterling) I can create similar pieces for you. The price will be between $25-$45 * These hair pieces are 100% handcrafted by me in my home studio, using quality materials and simple tools. With quality craftsmanship and materials you can be confident that the piece you purchase will be a joy to wear for years to come. Although pure copper and brass tarnish they are very easy to clean. The raw metal can also be allowed to tarnish giving it a lovely brown patina over time. **Process: +Laying down a rough sketch of my idea +Selecting, measuring, and cutting wire and/or sheet metal +Choosing beads to fit the color scheme +Sculpting the wire into a pleasing shape, while assembling into a functional piece. +Soldering joints if necessary. +Cleaning in pickle solution +Filing down rough edges +Polishing *** This piece is being modeled by one of my gorgeous daughters *Thanks so much for looking at my work. Everything I sell is authentically handcrafted using simple tools and imagination. Everything I can make myself I do. I never purchase mass produced findings and components. It is very important to me that my work be as much a product of my own hands as possible. I really do want to eventually know how to do everything. I strive on a daily basis to continue to learn new techniques and refine my craft. Custom work is a wonderful way to stretch the limits of my imagination and push me toward greater knowledge and skill.
My favorite thing about creating custom work is the opportunity it gives every individual a chance to use their creativity and help to bring to the world something truly unique. I believe we all have the spark of creation in us. It's a wonderful thing to find a way to bring those ideas to life.
