Victorian Ball Gown

This gown was made for a Christmas display at the Metropolitan Library in downtown Oklahoma City. It has all of the period underpinnings, including a corset, bloomer, elliptical hoop skirt, and petticoat. The skirt is trimmed with three laces and fastens at the side. The blouse buttons up the back and is lightly boned.
