Area served: Custom stained glass pieces. Specializing in one of a kind pieces. Shipping Methods: I can do local pickup/delivery in SoCal however I can ship as long as insurance is selected. Most of my customers require shipping. Larger pieces do require crating and special insurance. I work with customers all over the U.S and even some international.

Accepted Answer

Prior to shipping your item, pictures are sent and your approval and final payment is needed in order for us to ship the items. Once the item is shipped, there are no refunds or returns. If the item is damaged in shipping, we will have to make the claim with the carrier for reimbursement. This may require you to forfeit the item to the carrier or they may simply refund you then you can ship the piece back to me for repair. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Projects are usually payed 50% deposit then the remaining 50% once complete. Shipping is done after final payment.
