Vince was wonderful, in a word! He was easy to talk with, kept me informed with pictures of each step of this project. He cares. Wanted to know the 'story', which helps him in his craft, and it shows. I saw the final picture of this sun catcher before he sent it, but once I received it, I couldn't believe how PERFECT it is! Vince has great to work with. After doing a quick random Google Search, I was drawn to Vince and he proved to be an excellent choice. His responses to my emails were immediate and thorough. He designed a gift for me to give a couple who performed CPR on me after suffering from Cardiac Arrest. He loved the idea of the gift and came up with a wonderful idea for a sun catcher. Vince sent frequent updates and pictures as he was working on the project. At the conclusion of the project, a picture was sent, details of how the sun catcher was to be sent, payment method, etc. upon receiving the sun catcher, I was even happier than before if possible. I liked it so much I ordered another for me. Vince, THANK YOU!

Glass Art for the World was phenomenal! Mr. Rinner was very professional, honest, and easy to work with for my budget! The project was completed quickly, and workmanship did not suffer! Shipping was quick and easy too. Overall I would certainly recommend and use again!

I started out this project thinking I wanted something wood or metal. Vince sent me a proposal for a stained glass piece which I hadn't considered. He made the effort to go to my company website and send me samples of his work that would be relevant with his vision for how this could be. I was impressed. We worked through the idea and design process and he communicated regularly through the whole process. Very timely response and flexible to my requests. Couldn't have made this process any easier for me - and having the vision to see what I didn't even imagine to be possible is really what I appreciate (I'm not artsy). Thank you Vince! The piece came out perfect and I can't wait to present it to the recipient. You can't go wrong using Vince!

If you are looking for a one of a kind, extremely cool piece of art Vince at Glass Art for the World may be exactly what you are looking for. Through custommade.com I was able to pitch an idea of a Rush Time Machine Tour clock. Vince took my ideas and added several of his own and produced something really special. I was really happy with the finished product and the whole process. Obviously highly recommended!

I cannot wait to see this in person! The pictures of what Vince has created! It looks so beautiful in the pictures! I gave 5 stars for everything assuming it will be shipped soon and not damaged. Vince has been such a pleasure to work with!

I would recommend Vince for ANY project, small or large! He was able to take a picture which had great significance and duplicate it into a splendid suncatcher! I also had the choice of a more costly version which had much more detail, or a less costly version with less detail. He was SO PATIENT as I made my decision, and went out of his way to ensure he created exactly what my family & I wanted. He was so reliable with feedback, and responded swiftly, answering all of my questions with humor, approachability and pure knowledge!! He took many pictures of the finished products, from all angles and in many settings, ensuring we were happy with the finished product. He even allowed me to share personal information about the person it was being created for so that he could put his positive energy & intentions into the product. This was so comforting, as the suncatcher was for the loss of a sister, and the photo was of her last trip with her husband, so the gift was able to relay such personal meaning. I was even able to include a personal note to be sent with the finished product. I will DEFINITELY use Vince Rinner to help create personal gifts in the future :))

He communicated very quickly to all of my questions. He completed the project and shipped it faster than I expected. The end result was better than I imagined! I'm very pleased with his work. I will definitely buy from him again!

Thank you Vince for the nice price you put together in memory of our son Justin. You were timely in your responses and always offers your professional opinion . I’m glad you suggested an circle about him. It was what I envisioned Crtique: I’m not computer savvy so found replying and navigating a bit frustrating . Thank you gor giving us another remembrance ... It would be hard for me to articulate what Justin meant to our community and his friends, Just picture all the Angels and Saints singing for him as he is lifted to his new home . Communication with Vince was easy and quick. He helped me narrow down what I wanted and made suggestions on how to keep the price reasonable. Vince got the finished gift done in plenty of time for the occasion when it would be presented. Shipping took several days longer than expected (though nothing to do with Vince!) and the sun catcher arrived safely wrapped.

Hello! We just got our stained glass heart today and it is absolutely amazing! My wife loves it and that is the most important thing to me. The design is perfect, the communication between us was very smooth, and delivery was literally right on time. Two minutes before she came home from work, I was saying “have a safe drive” to the FedEx deliveryman. We are enjoying it as we speak and as we eat lol.
