Vince was fantastic during this entire process, he was incredibly helpful with ideas and suggestions to make my vision a reality and kept in constant communication to let me know the status of the project and to answer any questions or concerns. I would recommend Vince for ANY project, small or large! He was able to take a picture which had great significance and duplicate it into a splendid suncatcher! I also had the choice of a more costly version which had much more detail, or a less costly version with less detail. He was SO PATIENT as I made my decision, and went out of his way to ensure he created exactly what my family & I wanted. He was so reliable with feedback, and responded swiftly, answering all of my questions with humor, approachability and pure knowledge!! He took many pictures of the finished products, from all angles and in many settings, ensuring we were happy with the finished product. He even allowed me to share personal information about the person it was being created for so that he could put his positive energy & intentions into the product. This was so comforting, as the suncatcher was for the loss of a sister, and the photo was of her last trip with her husband, so the gift was able to relay such personal meaning. I was even able to include a personal note to be sent with the finished product. I will DEFINITELY use Vince Rinner to help create personal gifts in the future :))
