No pilling To care for the wool rug shake out and vacuum The pattern is a hit and miss pattern woven in a beige ,tan and burnt orange The burnt orange can be replaced with another color if you prefer Convo me with your question This rug is suitable for a hallway or in the bedroom down the side of a bed . A non skid mat is also provided I live on the coast in Maine and have been weaving for 30 yrs All weavings are carefully done for my customers My home and my business has been written up in many magazines

Feb 20, 2015I received the rug from Phyllis, but the colors didn't go in my kitchen. I asked her if I could send it back and she said yes but was not happy. I sent it back right away with 2-day delivery. I never heard from her or saw a refund. I sent her an email on 2/10 asking her to let me know the status and still have not heard from her or seen a refund.
