Slice Side Tables
These side tables are crafted of Bamboo, Bubinga and Sapele and are the companion pieces for the Sine Coffee Table. The support is laminated Bamboo and Bubinga and it, along with the Sapele legs, is finished with a little Sedona Red stain and satin urethane. The table surfaces are Bamboo and finished with an acrylic varnish. Stainless steel barrels give them a bit of an Industrial feel although many other influences can be inferred - Modern, Contemporary, Mid-Century and even a little Art Deco. They are handcrafted in my Nantucket Workshop. Each table measures 30"L X 18"W X 24" H. These tables are sold as a pair.

I am a Nantucket based Cabinet and Comtemporary Furniture maker with 20 years experience in carpentry. Over the past few years most of my time has been spent making Custom Cabinetry for a diverse clientell here on Nantucket. I work with a mix of responsibly sourced materials and select domestic and imported hardwoods. Currently I am designing and building Modern Furniture in my Nantucket shop. My original designs are most decidedly Modern, Contemporary and Mid-Century.
