This console table, shown in walnut and bamboo, is the perfect size to back up a sofa, accent a front hallway or provide a little flair to an office. The table measures in inches: 55L X 15W X 32H. Walnut is such a classic wood, is readily available and mills beautifully. This table is finished with a water-borne varnish from top to bottom. Stainless steel barrels, which are a signature component, complete the piece. Everyone loves walnut and all who have viewed this piece have remarked, "stunning!" This table is easily available in other wood species.

I am a Nantucket based Cabinet and Comtemporary Furniture maker with 20 years experience in carpentry. Over the past few years most of my time has been spent making Custom Cabinetry for a diverse clientell here on Nantucket. I work with a mix of responsibly sourced materials and select domestic and imported hardwoods. Currently I am designing and building Modern Furniture in my Nantucket shop. My original designs are most decidedly Modern, Contemporary and Mid-Century.
