Area served: Worldwide Shipping Methods: I will charge a fee of $4.95 to ship every item in the United States and $9.95 everywhere else. This does include delivery confirmation and insurance for US packages only. If the USPS loses the item, which rarely ever happens, I will refund your money, make you a similar looking piece, or you can exchange it with another one from my shop. Every item is sent off in a beautiful box, already gift wrapped. If it is a gift I can create a special gift tag for that special someone. Items will be shipped out within 24 hours except on Friday they will be shipped on Monday.

I will try to work with you for a refund if this is a custom piece I created that just didnt match up to what you thought it would turn out to be. I will however have to keep the costs for the materials and shipping. Thanks for your understanding.
