For Stainless Steel Kitchen Vent Hood2.0My project had a time line of 4-6 weeks to complete. Took 15 weeks to build and ship with 2 of those weeks being "crating" and shipping. There so called shipping crate that took a week to build would take all of 30 min to construct . Why it took a week I have no clue. When my vent hood arrived it was wrapped in plastic wrap sitting on a pallet (no shipping crate what so ever) and actually got damaged in shipping because of it. Emails would go unanswered for days and neither Nathan or Elisa would answer there phones. Funny, when I would call no one would answer but I would get a response to my email minutes later. In the end, I would not use them again due to the customer service or the lack there of. The hood turned out great, but the stress of trying to get in touch with them and the excuses that they had when they would finally respond was not worth it. VERY frustrating transaction, I would not do business with them again because of it.
