In this project we did a complete remodel. The purpose was to make the space more functional and a lot more of an open feel. We did all diagonal patterned tile with 4x4 accents on the floor. There is a poured pan that I used as a dog wash. We designed the countertops and sink to be close enough to the poured pan to used the faucet to wash the dogs. There are also 6 custom cabinets the have 5 piece, solid oak, raised panel design with custom styles and rails. They are all stained with provincial to match the other wood work in the home. All cabinets are done full overlay with soft close drawer glides. One of the many unique aspects to this project is the laundry baskets. There are 6 baskets all framed in oak and installed on soft close glides and all baskets are still removable.
