Area served: Worldwide Shipping Methods: Items will be shipped using USPS. All non custom orders will be shipped with the USPS within five business days of purchase (please allow extra time on weekends and around holidays). Express shipping is available with additional charge. If you would like your package shipped with a different carrier (UPS or Fedex only), let me know. There will be a corresponding charge to the price of the shipping company. Please let me know if you have different shipping requests asap. I am happy to ship internationally. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees, duties and taxes.

Refund Policy If you are not happy with your product, please contact me and we will work out a return. I will work with you to determine the best action to take. I will gladly replace any item or if you would prefer, refund the item price (shipping will not be refunded). All refunds will occur only after the purchased item is returned, buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact me first to try to work out the problem. I will work as hard as possible to have the problem resolved as soon as possible. No refunds or returns will be issued after 10 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued on instant downloads.
