Shipping Policy

Accepted Answer

Area served: Dallas/Ft.Worth/Denton North Texas area for local installations. USA for shipped items, plus negotiated installations. Shipping Methods: Small stained glass projects are shipped via Federal Express Ground, UPS, or USPS. Larger stained glass projects may be shipped in a custom-built wooden crate via Federal Express Ground, or can be driven to the installation site by Art Glass Ensembles, subject to negotiated contract to do so.

Art Glass Ensembles does its own stained glass installations within the Dallas/Ft.Worth/Denton area. We can also be contracted to perform out-of-region installations.

I take great pride in my work. If you buy something and are unsatisfied with the result, I guarantee that I will work with you to adjust the design free of charge. Custom work is non-refundable and once in-progress, custom projects cannot be cancelled. For stock items purchased directly from my portfolio, I offer returns within 60 days of delivery. Shipping for returns is at the customer's expense. If you need an item by a specific date or for a specific event, please let me know in advance of accepting a proposal.
