we are pleased with the finished product. we had to send it back after the drawers didn't open properly and then the handles came off. I believe the maker rushed the job at the end to ship it. I would consider working with the maker again, but not on something as complicated as the jewelry box

I am completely satisfied with this project. The workmanship is excellent, the project was finished a couple of days ahead of schedule and it was very well packed for shipping. Throughout the project, Mr. Ratliff communicated in a clear and timely fashion, with pictures as appropriate. I would absolutely go to Mr. Ratliff for another project.

Bruce of Rats Wood Creations made us a beautiful, high-quality table at a cost that other makers said would be impossible. I had a very clear vision in mind, but lacked the woodworking vocabulary to articulate what I was looking for. Bruce managed to figure out exactly what I had in mind based on a few pictures. He was careful to check in with me frequently along the way to make sure we were on the same page, including sending samples to our home free of charge. Our table ended up sustaining minor damage in transit (in spite of Bruce's careful packing), but he was prompt and very responsive in helping us address and fix the issue. I'm thrilled with the final product and can't wait to show it off.
