I just received my custom jewelry box from Bruce and it came out beautiful! The craftsmanship is outstanding. He was professional throughout the process, and sent me pictures along the way. Thank you Bruce!

we are pleased with the finished product. we had to send it back after the drawers didn't open properly and then the handles came off. I believe the maker rushed the job at the end to ship it. I would consider working with the maker again, but not on something as complicated as the jewelry box

Bruce was great to work with! I sent him a letter I wanted engraved and a border design. He was able to combine both and turn it in to a beautiful business case! The wood is quality and the business case is solid- I don't worry that it will fall apart any time soon! Bruce of Rats Wood Creations made us a beautiful, high-quality table at a cost that other makers said would be impossible. I had a very clear vision in mind, but lacked the woodworking vocabulary to articulate what I was looking for. Bruce managed to figure out exactly what I had in mind based on a few pictures. He was careful to check in with me frequently along the way to make sure we were on the same page, including sending samples to our home free of charge. Our table ended up sustaining minor damage in transit (in spite of Bruce's careful packing), but he was prompt and very responsive in helping us address and fix the issue. I'm thrilled with the final product and can't wait to show it off.
