I designed this to be the ultimate space saving dining table. When closed, it's a very long console that can sit nicely under a window. It's only 14 inches deep x 100 inches long. When open, it expands to a full size dining table. I designed a base with legs that open from 11 inches apart to 22 inches apart, easily supporting this large table. Dining room tables are a thing of the past. Now you can have the convenience of one without committing the space. The one pictured I did in solid white oak then dyed jet black with Rubio Monocoat Black Precolor and sealed with Rubio Monocoat Oil Plus 2 black matte finish. This table is highly customize-able. Dana's been fantastic throughout the whole process - she was really helpful in the design stage, making lots of helpful suggestions and what she's made is absolutely perfect. It's really beautifully put together and looks fantastic. Her communication was very good at every stage and the final product reached me in perfect condition and in plenty of time. With the shipping and the VAT for posting to the UK (which I had forgotten to include) the price came to slightly more than I originally wanted to pay, but I'm so happy with the product that it still represents great value. If I ever needed something similar I'd definitely come to Dana again.
