Installation Policy

Pre-framed window panels will have hooks and chain - ready for display. Included in the packaging will be plans for hanging the piece. Un-framed pieces for doors or windows must be installed by the customer (a local glazier can be used).

No refunds on any completed custom order. We package each item with the utmost care. Every package is tracked and insured. Please unpack carefully. Note: large windows can be very heavy! Any damage claim for glass  must be made within 2 days of receiving the item. Photos of the package and item must be sent within 2 days. If there is a problem with your item contact me immediately upon receipt of the package. If the item becomes damaged (accidentally dropped) or jewelry becomes broken a repair may be possible for an additional fee. Return shipping will not be refunded.
