This gorgeous kids dress has all the details an adult dress would have. Comes with a miniature taffeta and velvet patterned mini top hat with black ribbons along the back. The bodice has a wide neck adorned with lace trims and beads. Front skirt gathers in an over drape and bustles down the back, also trimmed in black beaded fringe.
