Tim Burton Alice In Wonderland Helena Boheme Carter Red Queen Costume 2010

This is our portrayal inspired by the Tim Burton Alice in Wonderland movie for the Red Queen played by Helena Boheme Carter. The costume consists of the following: Bodice - Made of black silk velvet, gold lames and trims, red set stones (glass), pearls (faux) all decorated down the front. A cotton white collar and sleeves done with netting, gold, and red materials. The cuffs of this costume incorporate an original hand-crochet patterned and sewn (we couldn't find a close enough match so decided to make it). Skirt - The skirt is a separate piece with red and gold brocade in the back and red taffeta in the front. The heart patterns are individually cut and patterned and sewn with black and gold lace around them. Crown - Handmade and painted red and black and gold. Made out of molded cellulose. Heart gold studs are decorated and ribbon loops to attach to your wig or hair with bobby pins. Jewelry, props, wig, and boots sold separately but can be added for an extra fee.
