Two heads are better than one! This polymer clay cat sculpture is whimsical and unique. She is waiting for just the right person to give her a home. This odd fairy kitty makes a great conversation piece or an interesting addition to any curio cabinet. She is painted in acrylic paint with pale cream with rich red stripes. Red-tinted graphite was used to antique the cat. Her eyes are crimson glass beads, left in place while baking to ensure a perfect fit. They were carefully removed before the cat was painted, and have been placed back in position with a little glue to keep them in place. Curled wires adorned with tiny red glass beads make up her whiskers. The cat is sculpted from polymer clay over a foil and wire armature. She is finished with a matte varnish to protect her finish. She is just under 10 inches tall, 6.25 inches wide at the ears, 4.5 inches wide from one front foot to the other, and 10 inches long.

I make odd and fantastic creatures that hail from strange lands and faraway places.
My sculptures are handmade and all one of a kind. No molds are ever used! I use ceramic, polymer and air-dry clays to make my creatures, then I glaze or paint them to get just the right look.
I also make handmade jewelry as well as acrylic paintings.
