I am a painter from the Washington DC area. I enjoy hiking, birdwatching, and exploring coasts and woodlands. Much of my artwork is inspired by my love of the outdoors. I primarily paint in watercolor.
I offer custom watercolor paintings and illustrations, painted in a detailed and realistic style, yet unique and full of personality.
Subjects I often paint include dogs, cats, pets and animals, landscapes, birds, shells, botanicals, and still lifes.

He is a very talented artist and I am thrilled with the three custom 8 X 10 watercolor portraits he did of my three labrador retrievers. Jun 5, 2014David painted a beautiful portrait of our beloved Shih-Tzu, Gabby, who gave us 16+ years of joy. The unveiling was a very emotional moment for my wife because David's portrait captured the dog's personality, perfectly. Bravo!
