Area served: We gladly work with clients and customers all over the world. Shipping Methods: Depending on your location we may use USPS or UPS. Our items are securely packaged and insured prior to shipping. Cost is dependent on size and weight of your item. Should you have specific shipping needs, we will do our best to accommodate them.

As most of of our clients request unique custom products, once project materials are ordered we are unable to refund the down payment. Once the project has been actually started we are unable to issue a refund of any amount. Unless the project is very generic (our discretion) we are not able to accept returns. We understand circumstances come up, so if there is a problem, please contact us and let's work something out together.
