Rick and Kathi at Blue Duck Creations did great work with my folio project. From start to finish, they understood what I describe and gave me a detailed diagram with plenty of option to make sure every detail was exactly how I wanted it. Throughout the building process, Rick kept me updated and gave even more ideas and possibilities for every last detail. By the end of the process, I was not able to decide on a couple of options without seeing things first hand. After talking with Rick, I felt he understood the style of things that I liked. I totally trusted him to make the final small detail decisions for me. Once receiving the folio, I found that Rivk had made all of the same choices I would have on the finishing details. The final payment and shipping process was a little hectic, on their side, from what I understand. But the problems seemed to come from the website and some of its technical difficulties. Once that was worked out. I received my new handmade folio in just a couple short days. I would definitely recommend Blue Duck Creations to anyone wanting premier leather work.

They clearly believe in the philosophy of measuring twice and cutting once. They assured that they were making exactly what I wanted in the leather wallet by creating a drawing, checking sizes, sending photographs and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. The leather used on the wallet was a soft, very nice quality leather that I'm sure will last for many years. Rick and Kathi at Blue Duck Creations are THE BEST ! I was looking for someone to try and duplicate a very particular leather tophat from a picture I had found. I don't think they could have possibly done it any better. It was absolutely perfect and Rick was very methodical and involved in the process from start to finish.
