These paper baby shoes are used for decorations and party favors at showers and birthdays. I made them in a variety of colors and papers to fit the color scheme or theme of the party. I decorate the shoes with paper cutouts of flowers, patterns, initials, whimsical touches. Great for filling with cellophane bags of candy or tiny charm gifts, or as unique giftwrap to present keepsake jewelry.
