Short Stool

The guys at Bucks County Craftmasters are excellent! They started working on the bar stools I ordered almost immediately after I placed the order and finished them when they said they would. They were very professional and kept me updated on their progress with photographs of the bar stools as they built them. Most importantly I was very impressed with the quality of the work considering they were very reasonably priced. The stools came well packed in a large wooden box and sustained no damage from shipment. They were solidly built and the craftsmanship is excellent. It's been quite a few months since I received the stools and they are holding up perfectly. I would definitely recommend these guys and will be working with them again if I ever need any other furniture made.

The finished product far exceeded my expectations; I gave them only two antique hearse doors and some site specific dimensions. The craftsmen designed the console, picked wood and finish, asking for my approval or suggestions throughout the project. Pictures came in routinely as did the estimated time of finish. I felt comfortable letting them use their own judgements on the project. I'm very pleased.

We could not be happier with how this project turned out - we wanted a work of art that just happened to be a piece of furniture, and that is exactly what Andrew and Brian delivered. As an extra added bonus, as artisans, craftsmen, and business people, they were a delight to work with! We're already planning our next project!

Brian and Andrew were incredible to work with. We sent them pictures of our vision and they executed it above and beyond our expectations. They kept us informed of the progress along the way and sent various pictures. They were quick to communicate with us and answered any questions we had. They delivered the product and set everything up perfectly. We look forward to ordering more furniture from them soon. They were truly a pleasure and very professional!

This was my first experience with Custom Made and, thereby, Buck's County Craftmasters. The process was seamless from design to execution. Brian was professional, incredibly responsive, and timely in execution. The resulting product exceeded my (high) expectations. Oh, and he delivered the table in person (I live just outside of NYC.) Now THAT's service!! I look forward to doing two more planned projects with them.

From the very beginning working with Brian was very easy. Due entirely to the communicative, professional attitude he has. Everything he said he would do, he did. There were no surprises! My husband and I would happily work with him and his brother again, as well as recommend them to friends and family.
