He found a stunning piece of wood that wasn't exactly as I specified. He checked with me to make sure that it was OK to use it. He crafted a really great design. When he thought of an improvement to my specifications, he again checked with me to make sure that I was OK with his idea. I was and he shipped it right away. I absolutely loved it. Better still, my wife was delighted! The look on her face was Ryan's gift to me.
