Kerry made the most beautiful table for us. He paid close attention to what we needed--a relatively small dining room table for our apartment that would open up to be large when we had the kids and grandkids over. I thought that would be a drop-leaf table, but he came up with a beautiful design that was more clever. He made a gorgeous cherry table that has hidden leaves under each end. When you lift up the top and pull those identical pieces out, they slide into place perfectly and the top drops down this the middle, making an 88-inch table. He was professional, the price was fair, he is clearly an artist and expert, and he chose a great shipper.

Kerry's work is top notch and he's extremely professional & easy to communicate with. He worked with me to design exactly what we wanted (a wood live-edge bench of specific dimensions-- we're going to use it as a coffee table). He kept us updated along the way, sending photos of the slab he'd chosen based on our requirements (with a bit of it oiled so we'd get a sense of how the final product would look) and sending a drawing of the placement of the flat steel legs, so we were all on the same page when he began the work. He responded quickly to messages, and the time frame was as described. Most important, the final product is GORGEOUS. Very solid and well-made, quite beautiful. BTW, I marked 5 stars for shipping b/c I had to complete that part to submit the review, but actually we decided to go pick it up ourselves since Kerry's shop is fairly close to us (though delivery was included in the price he quoted us).

Kerry was a dream to work with. We had a house fire and lost everything. We had a particular dinning room table that we looked for two months to replace and could not find. Then I found CustomMade and Kerry. Kerry listened to our description and knew exactly what we had. We wanted to tweek the design a little and he was more than up to the task, even offering other suggestions that made our great table even better. Kerry returned every text, email, and call on a timely manner and provided pictures along the way. When he got to the finishing stage, he sent us four small pieces of discarded wood that had variations of the finish we wanted. This one part of the experience makes for a finished product that you cannot be unhappy with.

More than delighted with finished product, proud to display the workmanship in my home. When/if I ever need to send a thank you gift, I will be looking at this option instead of flowers, cost about the same and will last forever. Very pleased with Kerry's work and quick response to my communications, system seems to work well, so glad I found this site and was referred to him.

I love how the cutting board came out! The design was even better than what I thought it would be. This was a gift for my mom who is an interior designer and she loved it as well. It was very easy working with Kerry and he responded promptly to any requests. He did a great job piecing together all of my requests to make a beautiful cutting board! I would recommend him to anyone and look forward to hopefully ordering more products from him.

So easy and efficient dealing with Kerry. I'm sorry it took me this long to post a review, but Christmas chaos prevented it! The cutting board is so very special and if I could have given the 'Value' of the board more stars than 5, I would have. It's just beautiful. I will be in touch with Kerry one last time to ask for his expertise on caring for my new board. Thanks so much for beautiful craftsmanship!

I would highly recommend working with Kerry. We love the final product and found the process of working with him, easy, straight forward, helpful, and without any problems. The table is gorgeous and he also made a projector box for us and installed it. We are very happy with what Kerry made for us and the experience of working with him.

The dining table Kerry made for us is truly a work of art. His communication throughout our project was wonderful, providing suggestions, full updates and photographs. Personal Delivery was on time and efficient. Kerry is a professional woodworker who invests great care and passion in his craft. As such I would highly recommend him.

The shelves arrived on time but the large shelf was broken and sent back. He was not happy with his handler. It came back in timely manner and it is up and looks great. Did everything to my specifications. Would highly recommend him.

In a heartbeat, I would sign up Kerry for another project! I am highly impressed with the Ladder Shelves - the quality and craftsmanship speak for themselves! Kerry was professional and timely during the entire process - it could not have been planned better. In short, select Kerry with confidence!

We would give Kerry our highest recommendation. He worked with us to custom design a dining table -- he listened actively and completely understood our needs; he was totally open to our many design ideas, and was honest, direct and constructive in the back and forth; he made sure we were comfortable with the final design. Then he built an absolutely gorgeous piece of furniture. Words cannot describe how beautiful the table is. You have to look at the pictures. He shared pictures and updates with us as it was in progress. All along the way he was courteous, communicative, and responsive in a way that I can only call world class. Finally, he personally drove the table down and assembled it in our apartment. Kerry is a gem. Incredibly professional with his clients. And incredibly talented with woodworking.

EXCELLENT. Great communicator throughout. Kerry took the time and care to understand exactly what I wanted and worked with me as I made refinements to my design. Kerry kept me updated throughout the construction with photos and time frame. The shelves were done earlier than I expected and he delivered them personally to my home to install. The craftsmanship is impeccable. I highly recommend his work and look forward to working with him again. EXCELLENT. Sara
