Shipping Policy

I ship internationally via USPS First Class mail. Shipping within the US is \~$3.50 for small items. Shipping to other countries is \~$13, sometimes more, for small items. Shipping for larger items will vary by size and destination.

There are no returns or refunds on custom items unless I made a mistake or the item arrives damaged. I am happy to provide re-stringing and other maintenance of my custom creations. If something isn't right, please contact me - I want you to be happy with your custom creation.
