English Bulldog American Bulldog Art - Framed Giclee Print 11 x 14 - Pit Bull Art - 10% Benefits Animal Charities This limited edition framed giclee print of my original oil painting features my sister's bull dog, "Gracie". She is an English Bulldog & American Bulldog mix. The 11 x 14 inch canvas was professionally printed by a local imaging company using Epson archival inks rated to last a lifetime. It is coated with a gloss varnish and is framed in a simple black frame (see second image) with a back dust cover. Overall frame dimensions are 16 x 19 and it comes with a certificate of authenticity which has been signed, numbered and dated by me. This is an edition of 125 archival prints in a variety of sizes on paper and canvas. As with all of my work, 10% of the sales price is donated to animal rescue groups. For this piece, the donation will be made to Jackson County Animal Shelter in Phoenix, OR where I volunteer on Saturdays. I am an oil painter, focused completely on animal paintings - pets and other animals. I paint from photographs (they must be yours/mine/or others without copyright issues) in a realistic style on bold backgrounds, and enjoy capturing the amusing and endearing expressions of the animal. I departed a 20-year corporate career in 2006 to spend time on volunteer activities and art. I am now the proud mom to four former shelter dogs (a side benefit to volunteering at the shelter) and paint from my home studio (a remodeled carriage house in my backyard) and at the Ashland Art Center on Main Street.
Ten percent of my sales are donated to local animal rescue groups and charities where I am a volunteer - Jackson County Animal Shelter, Sanctuary One, and Equamore Horse Sanctuary. I am also a member of HeARTs Speak, the Ashland Gallery Association and The Canine Art Guild.
