Duck Note Card Set (4 Cards) - Funny Duck Art -Baby Duck - Duckie Art -10% Benefits Animal Rescue This 4-pack of duck art folded note cards are made from an image of my original oil painting "Peeking Pekin", a rescue duck from a local animal sanctuary. They are professionally printed on card stock with a glossy finish and accompanied with white envelopes. The inside of the cards are blank for you to add your own personal message. The cards measures 5,5 x 4.25 inches and are packaged in a cellophane envelope for protection. Ten percent of the purchase price will be donated to Sanctuary One, a farm animal rescue and care organization in Jacksonville, OR, where Ping (his real name) resides now, and also where I volunteer. Please note that the image of my painting above is protected by copyright law. Any reproduction or copying of the image, or greeting card is illegal. This copyright will not transfer with the sale of this work. Note about shipping: I look for the most cost-effective shipping method for your purchase and refund shipping fees if you have overpaid by a dollar or more. I am an oil painter, focused completely on animal paintings - pets and other animals. I paint from photographs (they must be yours/mine/or others without copyright issues) in a realistic style on bold backgrounds, and enjoy capturing the amusing and endearing expressions of the animal. I departed a 20-year corporate career in 2006 to spend time on volunteer activities and art. I am now the proud mom to four former shelter dogs (a side benefit to volunteering at the shelter) and paint from my home studio (a remodeled carriage house in my backyard) and at the Ashland Art Center on Main Street.
Ten percent of my sales are donated to local animal rescue groups and charities where I am a volunteer - Jackson County Animal Shelter, Sanctuary One, and Equamore Horse Sanctuary. I am also a member of HeARTs Speak, the Ashland Gallery Association and The Canine Art Guild.
