Art Print - Wheaton Terrier - 10% Benefits Animal Charities This is a print from my original oil painting "Clanci", a painting of a smooth-coated Wheaton Terrier. The image & paper size is 11.25 x 11.25 inches. It is professionally printed on heavy poster paper and and it is secured to a mat board with black photograph corners. It would look great matted in a larger square frame. The print is wrapped in a clear cellophane envelope to protect the image and will be shipped in a padded envelope with additional cardboard backing to ensure safe delivery. Please note that this print is on order and will be available for shipping by December 10th at the latest. As with all of my work, 10% of the purchase price is donated to local animal rescue and care charities. For this print, that donation will go to the Jackson County Animal Shelter in Phoenix, OR. I am an oil painter, focused completely on animal paintings - pets and other animals. I paint from photographs (they must be yours/mine/or others without copyright issues) in a realistic style on bold backgrounds, and enjoy capturing the amusing and endearing expressions of the animal. I departed a 20-year corporate career in 2006 to spend time on volunteer activities and art. I am now the proud mom to four former shelter dogs (a side benefit to volunteering at the shelter) and paint from my home studio (a remodeled carriage house in my backyard) and at the Ashland Art Center on Main Street.
Ten percent of my sales are donated to local animal rescue groups and charities where I am a volunteer - Jackson County Animal Shelter, Sanctuary One, and Equamore Horse Sanctuary. I am also a member of HeARTs Speak, the Ashland Gallery Association and The Canine Art Guild.
