Most painted ceramics ship in 2-3 weeks via UPS (although I shoot for as soon as possible!). Watercolor prints ship out in 1-2 business days once the final image is approved by the buyer. Any special requests, I am happy to work with you on shipping times, etc. Just ask :)

Accepted Answer

No refunds after final artwork is delivered to client, no exceptions. If artwork is damaged during shipping, please let me know immediately so we can adequately deal with UPS or USPS. A new piece will be reshipped as soon as possible. Deposits will not be refunded in the case of cancellation once the art making process has begun. If no artwork has begun, a refund will be supplied.
