Hummingbird Panels
This collection of Hummingbird and columbine flower panels range from small 7.25"x8.5" panels right up to larger 20" high transoms. This is an original design. Each piece of glass is chosen with care, hand cut and the panel is then hand crafted using the Tiffany copper foil method. Sturdy hangers are built into the metal frame of the panel and orders come with chain and hooks suitable for hanging the piece. Iridescent glass has been used for the hummingbird and on some panels extensive wire work on the wings and tail keep the bird delicate. (Note: Some of the photos posted were taken with the panel leaning against a screen window, which accounts for the grid like pattern in the glass.) Dancing Light Stained Glass Studio
Whether you are looking for something to brighten up a window or upgrade your kitchen cabinets, stained glass should appeal not only to your sense of aesthetic, but should ignite your imagination. I'll have done my job right when my glass sings to you.
You may choose from one of my pre-designed panels or I can create something just for you and for your space. All pieces are created using the Tiffany copper foil method and, when appropriate, are framed in a rigid, metal frame with sturdy hangers built in to each piece. Wood framing is also available upon request. As a special thank you, I also include hooks and chain so that you'll have everything you need to display your art.
