When I found these paper feathers it inspired this whimsical mixed media original. This piece is an original mixed media, acrylic painting on canvas. Acrylic paint is combined with several layers of textures and found, vintage like papers and mediums to create a painted collage effect. The painting has different elements, brought together with shades of lavender and gold. Several layers of glossy varnish bring out the layers of colors and textures.
