The ultimate in dual design - a functional quality leather belt inlaid with full cribbage board grommets for on-the-go cribbage games. Form follows function: besides being your on-the-go cribbage board and all-around preventer of falling pants embarrassments, this is a good lookin' belt! Be that guy/gal who's always prepared. Grandma taught me cribbage at age 6 and I have often found myself wanting to play cribbage in the bar or out camping without a board. Belt features standard 2-lane, 60-point cribbage track with start and finish peg holes. Pegs not included. This belt is MacGyver-inspired: each time you play is an opportunity to pull together what you have on hand to make your cribbage game. Twigs, matchsticks, toothpicks all make perfect pegs. 1 1/2" wide, made of finest grade US-tanned black or brown bridle leather. Cribbage eyelets and buckle are matching nickel-plate. Pictured here size small, please specify your size from the drop-down bar. If you need a different size, please convo me for custom pricing. Hi, I'm Geoffrey Franklin. I'm an 8th generation Oregonian, born and raised in Beaverton and Weston, Oregon. I graduated from the University of Oregon Architecture School. I run Walnut Studiolo with my wife, Valerie. I design and craft all the products in my workshop, and Valerie runs the business side.
Bicycle accessories are my core focus but I love good design, as an architecture student, and I loved learning how to work leather as a medium. Eventually I also started enjoying the juxtaposition of leather and wood. In these products, I'm expressing my love for good design, architectural concepts, and natural materials in products that I would want to use myself…and I do use myself. I field-test all my products until I'm comfortable with them before listing them on our shop.
My goal is to make high-quality, beautiful, durable, and most of all functional solutions to everyday problems. Thank you for buying small and handmade. I put my heart in everything I make.
